Job Description

Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Cape Town.

Must have worked in a manufacturing environment. Dealing with the full function HR, including but not limited to recruitment, I/R, payroll, performance management, employment equity, etc.

Working with a staff complement of 250+

Qualifications

• Degree in HR

Skills

• 5 years plus experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment (preferably metal industries)
• Advanced practical knowledge of VIP Premier Payroll
• Full understanding and practical knowledge of Time & Attendance systems
• Expert knowledge of employment/labour laws and regulations
• Knowledge and experience within a bargaining council environment
• Accounting knowledge will be an advantage
