Job Description

 

Transformation Officer reporting to the Financial Manager & Human Resources Manager.

To lead the company in B-BBEE, POPIA and Employment Equity transformation while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Key areas will include –

• BBBEE
• Employment Equity
• Training and Development
• POPIA
• Housekeeping and Safety Standards

 

Qualifications

 

• National Senior Certificate
• Diploma / NQF 5 in either Finance or Human Resources
• Valid driver’s license

 

Skills

 

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Afrikaans and English
• 2+ years extensive experience in a transformation role
• High level of computer literacy, with special attention to Excel competency
• High level of attention to detail
• Good communication skills
