Job Description

A vacancy has arisen in the Commercial Department, Banking and Finance team,  for an Associate.

Key responsibilities will include –

  • Banking and financial services
  • Drafting commercial contracts and legal opinions
  • Debt capital markets
  • Structured finance transactions
  • Project finance transactions
  • Securitisations
  • Syndicated and bilateral financing structures
Qualifications
  • LLB Degree
  • LLM in Banking/Corporate Law advantageous
  • Admitted Attorney
Skills
  • 2 years post articles experience in Banking and Finance law
