Job Description

 

Our client is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Limpopo.

Duties will include but not limited to –

• Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
• Onboarding newcomers to the company
• Payroll – using Sage Payroll system (payroll of roughly 100 staff)
• Developing adequate induction and training
• Managing succession planning of staff
• Assisting with the performance management and review process
• Dealing with IR issues
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

 

Qualifications

 

• BCom in Human Resource Management

 

Skills

 

• 5 years'' plus in a Managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Stable track record.
• Able to work with a staff complement of +100
• Sage Payroll experience
