Job Description

A well established law form in Johannesburg is looking for a Junior Attorney to join the team.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge and experience in the Banks legal recoveries work;
2. Knowledge and experience in Standard Bank VAF recoveries;
3. Knowledge of the Banks IT systems such as CACCS and My Attorney;
4. Extensive knowledge and understand of the National Credit Act;
5. Understanding of legal processes from section 129, summons, default judgment and warrant of execution;
6. Appreciation of the Banks milestones and service level agreement requirements.
7. Hard working, reliable and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Admitted junior legal practitioner with 2-3 years post admission.

Skills

• CACCS and My Attorney Systems
• Computer literate and must be able to work well under pressure;
