A law firm in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Commercial and Litigation Attorney with excellent technical and people skills.

General Responsibilities:

• Fully independent oversight of commercial and general litigation matters
• Moi’s / general contractual work / acquisitions / mergers / all types of general commercial contracts
• Handling commercial and general litigation matters independently
• Interacting with key stakeholders
• Able and willing to manage a team by agile management principles
• Able and willing to mentor junior staff members
• High EQ willing and able to assist junior colleagues
• Own car and driver’s license

Preference for Affirmative Action Candidates

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney within the High Court
• Any post qualification would be beneficial

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years post articles experience in a commercial and litigation practice.
