Key functions will include:

  • IR related issues
  • Training and development
  • SETA reports
  • Recruitment
  • Oversee psychometric testing and results
Qualifications

BCom in HRM / Industrial Psychology

Skills
  • 8 years + in a similar role
  • Strong admin skills
  • Highly accurate
  • Experienced in Industrial Relations
  • Experienced with SETA reporting
  • Experienced with recruitment
  • Experienced in Training and Development
