Job Description

Our client is looking for an Accountant to join their team initially on a 1 year contract – can then be made permanent.

Key functions will include:

• Month-end reporting
• Preparation of  periodic reports, reviews and reconciliation of data
• Preparation balance sheet reconciliations
• Processed Provisions, Accruals, Budgets & Forecasts
• Assists with financial and variance analyses, board packs  and budget preparation.
• Tax Clearances Monthly
• Flash Reporting & Management Accounts
• Preparation & Submission of Statutory Returns (PAYE, VAT, Tax,)
• Fixed Asset Register Maintenance

Qualifications

• Finance related degree

Skills

• + 4 years'' solid financial experience
• Extensive reporting
• Software package: Great Planes, Pastel, and Advanced Excel

Salary / Package

R25 k - R30 k p/m
