Job Description

 

Our client is looking for an Admitted Conveyancer to do the following –

• Attending to the entire bond process (FNB)
• Acknowledging instructions; opening a file for each matter
• Deeds Office searches; drafting correspondence; obtaining FICA and ancillary documents; drafting and checking bond documents; explaining and assisting
• Customers in signing their bond and ancillary documents
• Commissioning affidavits
• Signing guarantees
• Uploading bond documents to the Bank in order to obtain the proceed to lodge
• Attending at the Johannesburg Deeds Office in order to lodge and register matters
• Returning original security documents and compliance packs to the Bank and closing files once the matter had been completed.

 

 

Qualifications

Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer

Skills

 

• GhostConvey, GhostPractice and DocExchange
• Minimum of 6 years'''' experience working as a Conveyancer
