SUMMARY:
We currently have a vacancy for a BBBEE Consultant, at our client's Port Elizabeth branch.

This role is to ensure that all BBBEE related matters are taken care of and that all legislation is followed as expected.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Keeping up to date with changes and amendments to BBBEE legislation;
Advising clients regarding BBBEE compliance and spending;
Compiling BBBEE plans relating to BBBEE compliance;
Compiling BBBEE verification documentation for verification;
Calculating BBBEE scores;
Assisting clients during BBBEE verifications;
Attending Employment Equity submissions;
Employment Equity meetings with workplace committee;
Obtaining the necessary information from employers to submit EE reports;
Skills Development facilitation

This is a vital role within the company, so someone with experience in this field will get preference.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate
Any Law qualification or experience will count in your favour
Own Vehicle with a valid driver's license
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
