B2B Sales Executive

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

New business development - prospecting and cold calling

Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Talent attracting

Building up a pool of candidates to market to clients

Conducting reference checks on candidates

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the following:

Motivate staff

Maximizing business (Client) relationships to achieve ‘Client for Life’ principles

Systemizing and managing intellectual property (Client and candidate databases and managing knowledge transfer according to company standards)

Tracking the activity per consultant/researcher head and maintaining acceptable ratios (quality)

Tracking progress towards achieving individual and team targets

Monthly analysis of the business unit to maximize profit (using reporting tools available)

Desired Experience and Minimum Requirements:

A Tertiary Qualification (Highly Advantageous)

Proven track record in a recruitment agency environment (Essential)

Sales driven attitude

Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively in all media

Ability to build and maintain stable and productive relationships

Management ability ie. Planning, organizing, controlling and leading

Ability to successfully complete a full recruitment cycle

Ability to mentor and coach team members

Ability to source and secure new business

Ability to harness the sales and marketing process to achieve maximum output
