B & B Manager

B&B MANAGER/EAST LONDON. Live-In option is available

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Min. 3 years’ experience as a Manager of a Hotel/Lodge/B&B
Previous experience with management of conferences and events is essential
Sound financial acumen required
Must have a valid driver’s licence and own transport
Proficient in Microsoft as well as a reputable POS System

Duties include:

Marketing and identification of income generating projects

Setting up Management strategies and systems

Accountability with regards to the overall running and management of the Lodge, inter alia, stock management, shrinkages/losses within the establishment.

All Human Resource function in line with Labour law

Perform all such duties and exercise all such powers in relation to the business of the Employer as may from time to time be vested in or assigned to the employee by the Employer

Devote the whole of his/her time, attention and abilities during business hours to the discharge of the duties

Conduct, improve, extend, develop, promote, protect and preserve the business interest, reputation and goodwill of the Employer and carry out the duties in a proper, loyal and efficient manner.

Salary: +-R12,000 per month
