JOB DESCRIPTION:

Azure Network Specialist – Edgemead - R20,000-R25,000 per month

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the various Azure job roles.
Azure Solution Deployment - Networking (VNET, NSG, Hub and Spoke, Express Route,VPN, UDR).
Azure Solution Deployment - Services (Load Balancers, highly available Virtual Network Appliances- Fortinet- mandatory Netscaler\Bluecoat NSG optional).
Azure Solution Deployment - Security (NSG, Firewalls).
Infrastructure as Code familiar - Ansible and deployment Automation, experience in coding in Ansible including the creation of scripts, managing roles and inventories.

Responsibilities:

Creating cloud solutions that solve pain points and meet the business’s needs.
Developing and implementing reliable cloud solutions.
Scaling cloud solutions to match the business’s changing needs.
Backing up data and ensuring that it can be accessed when needed.
Securing cloud solutions in order that only authorized personnel can access them.
Monitor and maintain the cloud to ensure that everything is working efficiently.

Competencies:

An experienced Azure deployment network focused Engineer that has had experience in deploying an Azure hybrid solution.
To review the proposed architectures, providing feedback on deployment constraints based on previous deployment experience.
To provide technical delivery support to the network architects, delivering solutions and configurations to support application deployments.
To create deployment scripts, for networking components.
Areas of experience and skills required
Infrastructure as Code familiar - Ansible and deployment Automation, experience in coding in Ansible including the creation of scripts, managing roles and inventories
