Purpose Of The Job:

Our client a Financial Services Company is looking for an experienced Warranty Sales Agent to join the team. The purpose of the Sales Agent is to act as a good brand ambassador to grow the company’s Warranty market share through the sale of our vehicle warranty product. A successful candidate achieves this goal through educating our customers on the benefits of our product, providing excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

To maximise policy sales and monthly written premium in a compliant and customer centric manner
To be responsive, courteous and professional in dealing with the Company’s supporting lead providers and customers
To execute the sales process with skill, knowledge, diligence and integrity
To optimise each lead by selling additional products where these are available
To use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of our products from potential customers
To accurately identify the needs of the customer by asking effective questions and listening attentively
Match benefits accordingly and demonstrate how a product satisfies their needs
To understand objections and overcome them with an appropriate response
Strive to become an expert in your field through observation and collaboration
To continuously improve skills through practicing areas identified for improvement
To share ideas and insights with the team in pursuit of continuously improving the effectiveness of the sales team
To be self-motivated, maximise productivity and able to manage one’s time effectively when working from home

Minimum Qualification:

Matric
RE5 (Required)
FETC: Short-term Insurance NQF4 or better (Required)
Meet the regulatory requirements (e.g. DOFA period, FAIS Fit & Proper)

Requirements:

2 years of call centre sales experience
1 year of Warranty/VAPS experience is essential
Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language
