Remuneration: R20 000 – R22 000 dependent on experience + Incentive + Medical aid + Pension
Purpose Of The Job:
Our client, a reputable automotive dealership, is seeking an experienced and results-driven F&I Manager with Suzuki experience (Advantageous) to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all finance and insurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, maximising profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with dealership and OEM standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all vehicle finance and insurance transactions
- Structure finance deals and present options to customers
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and dealership requirements
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
- Maximise F&I profitability through effective product sales
- Prepare and submit finance applications accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
- Deliver a professional and seamless customer experience
- Handle customer queries and resolve any finance-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements:- Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (Essential)
- Suzuki dealership experience (Advantageous)
- Relevant F&I qualification and accreditation (FAIS compliant)
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products
- Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Willing to relocate
