JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you have Bookkeeping experience within the motor industry? We have a new opportunity for you.

Duties include:

Using documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs and computer printouts to verify, allocate and post details of business transactions to accounts in appropriate ledgers or computer files.
Completes records to trial balance.
Reconciles and balances accounts.
Compiles reports to the Financial manager

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or similar qualification
Minimum of 3 years experience as Bookkeeper within the Automotive industry
Experience working in a vehicle dealership with brands like Kia, Ford, Hyundai, VW etc.
Experience working on systems like Kerridge, Autoline, Automate etc.
Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Clean criminal record and clean ITC record
