Our client, a leading automotive fitment and accessory specialist is looking for a technically minded and detail-driven technician to join their growing team, specialising in vehicle audio systems, 12V accessories, and advanced fitment work on modern vehicles.

Remuneration:
R 15 000 – R 23 000 Per month depending on experience - Benefits include Provident Fund

POSITION INFO:
Duties

• Installation of sound systems and automotive accessories
• Fitment of spotlights, dual battery systems, compressors, fridges and related 12V accessories
• Vehicle strip, reassembly and professional refitment work
• Fault-finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting of automotive electrical systems
• Ensuring neat, professional and high-quality installations at all times
• Supporting workshop operations where required

• Minimum 3 years automotive fitment experience
• Strong automotive electrical and 12V system knowledge
• Ability to perform neat wiring and precision installations
• Fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Experience with CANBUS and modern vehicle electrical systems advantageous
• 4x4 accessory fitment experience advantageous
• Automotive electrical qualification advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence essential
• Basic computer literacy required
• Diagnostic software knowledge advantageous
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable, technically strong and detail orientated
• Team player with a strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a workshop environment
