Non negotiables for consideration:

Post Graduate business degree – MBA highly preferred.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Automotive Aftermarket /Aftersales Parts industry experience essential
Willing and able to travel
Valid RSA drivers license and own car
Knowledge and understanding of business, pricing (margins, GP %, cost calculation, customs import duties, shadow calculations, pivot tables and excel spreadsheets etc., etc.)
Strong experience in stakeholder relationship management

Responsibilities

Development and adaption of pricing models and pricing strategies for automotive parts
Close collaboration with colleagues in the regional sales team as well as with the pricing and category brand development teams at headquarters
Preparation of complete price files including the provision of shadow calculations
Processing target price inquiries based on competitive price information
Systematic observation and analysis of the regional market and competition with regard to pricing topics
Exploration of competitive pricing with support of sales team and own research
Following Business Development Opportunities with sales team and CRM tools
Provision of regular customer / regional profitability reports by using all available reporting tools
Preparation of and participation in customer visits, customer events

Essential Requirements

Job experience in sales/sales controlling of at least 5 years
MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET PARTS EXPERIENCE
Profound knowledge MS office (esp. Excel) and ideally experience in ERP System SAP
Profound analytical skills and being able to think in concepts
Customer and Sales orientation
