POSITION INFO:

EXPERIENCE IN VISION TOOLS A MUST (W&R SYSTEMS, VISION TOOLS AND IN-SIGHT)

Primary purpose of the job

Reporting to the Group Leader, this position requires the services of an individual to do maintenence installations on hydraulic presses, Industrial robots, CNC Machienes, Spot welding guns as well as project installations

Knowledge Required

PLC Programming (S7, TIA)
Robotics (Kuka, ABB)
AC/DC Drives and Servo Applications and drives experience
SCADA (Win CC, WinccFlex) HMI (Siemens) Programming
SEW Motors
Profibus, Profinet, Interbus
Hanging Spot Guns, Pedestal Welders, Bosch Welding Timers
Root Cause Analysis Tools
W&R Systems
Vision Tools
In-Sight

Required Skills

Read and understand electrical drawings
Electrical and PLC Fault finding
Read and understand Hydraulic/Pnuematic drawings
Work on 3 Phase 380 V
Competent on all Vision systems (W&R, Vision Tools, IN-Sight

Minimun Qualifications

2-3 years experience in Automation and Instrumentation
OR Qualified Millwright or Electrician with applicable experience
T3/S4 Diploma will be an advantage
2-3 years as a Technician in the electrical field, especially in automation (hydraulics, maintenenance/robotices/projects, Vision Systems
