POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Join our team as an AutoCAD 2D Draughtsman, responsible for creating and updating detailed CAD drawings for workspace planning. You’ll collaborate with project managers and data teams to deliver high-quality plans aligned with client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate 2D floor plans in AutoCAD
• Update drawings based on mark-ups or space changes
• Interpret architectural specs to meet standard formats
• Work with CAFM/space planning systems
• Follow internal and client CAD protocols
• Ensure quality control and proper file documentation

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in AutoCAD 2D (preferably in architecture, FM, or space planning)
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret floor plans and manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Drafting/design diploma or similar (preferred)

Advantageous:

• Experience with international/corporate clients
• Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS platforms
• Knowledge of space planning and workplace strategy
