POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Machines are set and maintained for producing components to the planning productivity and quality standard
• Operators are fully instructed in the operation of the respective machine process prior to full operation of the machine under minimum supervision
• Setting scrap is kept to a minimum and segregated from acceptable production
• All production remains identified during all manufacturing stages
• Corrective action is immediately taken when adverse trends are noted or brought to his attention
• Maintain good housekeeping

Education:  Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Artisan / AA Sliding Head Auto Setter

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a high-volume precision mechanical engineering environment is essential.
• Good Technical knowledge of drawings, equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in various Single / Multi Spindle Auto machine
• Problem solving: Ability to identify faults; problems and determine solutions
• Knowledge of safety regulations (safety conscious at all times)
