Auto Glass Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key duties :

Handle incoming calls from clients and Brokers then log cases

Register windscreen claims

Validate client’s policy

Contact client to confirm vehicle and personal details

Source client’s vehicle glass to be replaced

Dispatch appointments

Follow ups with clients, technicians and branch administrators

Handle queries and complaints from clients, key clients and brokers

Good communication skills (both verbal and writing)

• Creative Skills

• Strong analytical and Problem solving

• Interpersonal relations and ability to interact with people

• Teachable attitude and ability to work under pressure
