Auto Electrician

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry, has an opportunity available for an Auto Electrician in the Steelpoort, Limpopo area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• N2 qualification (Relevant Trade Theory) is essential
• A recognised relevant Trade qualification (Section 13) is essential
• A minimum of 3 years’ working experience as an Auto Electrician is essential
• Valid Red Ticket or medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate of fitness

Duties:

• Assembling, fitting and repairing automobile auxiliary harnesses
• Fitting and wiring up auxiliary auto-electrical equipment
• Removing and fitting automobile mechanical and electrical components
• Removing, testing, fitting and servicing automobile batteries
• Servicing and repairing electronic and conventional automobile ignition systems
• Diagnosing, testing and repairing conventional automobile systems
• Attending to callouts with regard to breakdowns
