Audit Supervisor Vacancy Available! Our leading client in the Auditing/ Accounting space is looking to employ a Audit Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Supervise the SAICA Trainee Accountants
Maintain and enhance employee motivation.
Attend to requests of the Senior Manager relating to the audits
To oversee that SAICA requirements for the training of trainee accountants are adhered to.
Management of their own productivity.
Reporting the status of files to seniors and senior managers
Providing feedback to clients, and liaising with client regarding queries
Assist with the formulation of a budget
Preparing budgets for manager review
Coordinating stock counts
Presentation of financial statements
Reviewing junior staff work
Preparation of actual time spent against budget for preparation of fee note
Assisting with fees collection
Finalisation of accounting files
Planning of audit with Manager
Execution of audit work
Liaison with client to address audit queries
Finalisation of audit files
Clearing review queries
Completion of Auditing assignments

Job Requirements:

Preferably someone with CTA or accounting degree
Completed Articles
Computer literate (intermediate level)
Fluent in English, written and oral
