POSITION INFO:

We are recruiting for a dynamic associate Attorney. The required Qualification together with the following is required for the role:

• General Litigation and Commercial Law
• Significant experience in general litigation. Including Magistrate Court, High Court, arbitration, mediation and Labour Court.
• Ability to run litigious matters on your own
• Commercial drafting
• Position based in CBD Cape Town
