JOB DESCRIPTION:

A prestigous Law Firm based in Sandton is looking for an Attorney to with experience in Deceased Estates and Trust Administration

Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements:

LLB degree
Admitted as an admitted Legal Practitioner and enrolled as an attorney of the High Court
Must be a South African citizen

Duties:

The candidate must be a self-managed and self-motivated individual.
The candidate must have the necessary experience to oversee the Deceased Estates, Trust and Wills department and must have the ability to run a deceased estate from inception to completion.
The candidate must be able to compile and evaluate liquidation & distribution accounts, and to review and draft Wills.
The candidate must also be able to attend to various Trust Administration related activities, such as reviewing inter vivos Trust Deeds, scheduling annual Trustee meetings, drafting of resolutions and other Trust related documentation
