You''ll dive deep into discovering everything the digital retail sphere has to offer - you''re encouraged to try new things, ask questions, voice your opinion, and take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way.

The Role

You''ll be joining the data team, carving out your career as a Product Manager with full support of your wider team. You''ll be responsible for the product strategy of their ML and analytics programmes. Obviously, a passion for all things data is key!

You''ll:

  • Be an advocate of Data in every aspect of IT, building strong relationships with SME''s & stakeholders
  • Be confident demonstrating the value in data and what it can achieve with SME''s & stakeholders
  • Set short term goals that align with the wider roadmap
  • Break down requirements into small chunks, allocating them to the appropriate teams

Ideally, you''ll have a mix of the following:

  • An understanding of roadmaps, architecture, engineering, data science & analytics
  • Exposure to cloud data infrastructure (AWS ideally)
  • Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Confidence presenting updates and findings

What''s in it for you?

Salary- wise, we''re pretty flexible for the right person but if we have to put a figure on it - £30-40k. You have your usual, pension, holidays etc, but as they also have generous discounts, life assurance, 24 days holiday + bank holidays with the option to purchase more.
