SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an innovation driven Associate to join their team of Commercial Lawyers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 Structured Financial Transactions

Acquisitions Finance transactions

Syndicated and bilateral financing structures

Preference share funding transactions

Due diligence

Drafting commercial contracts

Mergers and acquisitions

Transactional and general commercial/corporate experience

 

Desired experience and qualification:

LLB Degree

Must be an Admitted Attorney.

Must have at least 3 year’s post articles experience in Banking, Financial Services or Trade Finance as well as Corporate and Commercial Law

Good interpersonal skills

Good work ethic
