Set within a beautifully restored heritage residence in the Southern Suburbs, this intimate property is renowned for its warm, personal service, refined interiors, and exceptional dining experiences.
We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager — a hands-on, service-driven professional ready to lead by example and elevate every guest moment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant, bar, and event operations.
 - Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver effortless, polished hospitality.
 - Collaborate with the culinary team on menu delivery and presentation.
 - Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets with precision.
 - Ensure flawless service standards, hygiene, and safety compliance.
 - Engage with guests, resolve feedback, and oversee private events and functions.
 
About You
- Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or Supervisor in a luxury or boutique hotel.
 - Strong operational and leadership skills with a genuine passion for service.
 - Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
 - Financially aware and organised under pressure.
 - Hospitality qualification or equivalent preferred.
