Position: Assistant to Team Leader - Client interaction, Support & Training

The company is a market leader in providing solutions for importers and exporters. The job opportunities that are available is for experienced persons in international trade (exports and imports) as specified below. 

There are two job positions available:

• One junior person: Assistant to the Team Leader, Client interaction, Support and Training

We are looking for candidates who has experience in Imports and Exports on a junior level (3+ years) and will structure  their responsibilities accordingly.

Please find below specifications for positions:

• 3 years experience with International Trade (Exports & Imports) process and procedures
• Must have practical knowledge of International Trade
• Assist software developers with customization requirements on software
• Provide training and training material on software
• Provide Full support (telephonically and electronically) of the software
• Excellent organizational/planning skills
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Proactive in the identification of problems and solutions.
