Grade 12
Diploma in Legal / Paralegal etc
Strong MS Office skills
At least 5 years exp on a similar level

Full administration support - emails / accounts / procurement etc
Full Secretarial support - Correspondence / contracts / visitors / screening
Manage company Motor insurance / covers / claims etc
Manage payments for foreign payment / forex
Balance certain procurement transaction with finance
Event Planning
