JOB DESCRIPTION:

Permanent Position EE (Employment Equity )

Our corporate listed client in Rosebank seeks urgently an Assistant accountant with minimum 5 Years experience to join there team . must be able to work at a pace and handle pressure - Would be advantageous if you have worked on Sage 300 - Accpac accounting package .

Must have experience in capturing the cashbook, bank recons experience in depreciation and journals essential and fixed assets and electronic payments.

Requirements and Duties

Electronic payments.
Capturing cashbook transactions.
Bank Reconciliations.
Fixed assets register.
Other tasks relevant position.

Competencies:

Accounting knowledge.
Previous bookkeeping experience will be beneficial to the applicant.
Working knowledge of SAGE 300 (ACCPAC)
MS Excel proficient
Accounting qualification or studying towards one
Extensive Accounting experience
Experience in working in an accounting environment.
Accounting knowledge
