SUMMARY:
Our client in the Information Communication Technology industry, has an EE opportunity available for an Assistant Sales Manager to be based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
Computer Literate – MS Office (with Advanced Excel skills)
Presentation and training skills required
Proven sales track record not negotiable with a minimum of 5 years in IT distribution sales
Experience in managing sales teams in a similar environment

KPAs:

Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
