Assistant Retail Manager - R25km p/m - Kyalami, JHB - Permanent

POSITION INFO:

This established liquor retail outlet needs your previous retail management experience to assist the GM with the effective day to day operations of the store. Duties include but are not limited to:
ï‚·Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve store goals
ï‚·Drive sales and marketing campaigns
ï‚·Assisting in administrative/payroll functions
ï‚·Ensuring the team is utilised effectively
ï‚·Ensure excellent customer service and experience
ï‚·Ensure consistency and compliance with processes & policy
ï‚·Merchandising
ï‚·Complete stock management
ï‚·Housekeeping

General requirements:

- Matric & relevant tertiary qualification
- 3-5 yrs experience in a retail managerial role
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Financial & Business acumen
- Problem solving & decision quality
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Effective Communication
- Microsoft Office, Excel and Word experience essential
