Assistant Restaurant Manager_r

Duties

• Responsible for assisting with overall running of the Store
• Stock control: Counts, ordering, receiving, packing
• Cash handling
• Staff Supervision, coaching, discipline
• Customer service
• Assist with POS as required

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 years Restaurant Management experience, this is non-negotiable. (Applications/CV’s that do not have 3 years Management experience will NOT be considered)
• Good POS experience (Micros, GAAP, Aura or similar) – 3 years’ experience
• Computer literate (MS Office) – 3 years’ experience
• Smart and presentable

• Customer orientated people skills (Customers and Staff)
• Salary range is subject to the required experience and skillset
• No criminal record
• MUST be prepared to take a Polygraph test
