POSITION INFO:

Our Clients own and operate 15 luxury apartments in Bantry Bay, Cape Town. which are all marketed via Air B&B. We are currently seeking a vibrant person on a fixed-term contract, to assist the Operations Manager.

Must have thorough understanding and experience of the below:

Room Operations
Reservations
Housekeeping
Staff Rostering
Management and control of room inventory
Basic Maintenance

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar position within self-catering luxury apartments essential
Well-groomed with excellent communication skills in English
Must have an eye for detail and be able to spot any problem and solve them.
Be able to multitask
Must be able to use initiative and solve problems speedily.
Must have transport with a valid drivers'' license
The position would mainly be day shifts, however, should there be a late arrival or a crisis you would be called on to assist.
