Assistant Operations Manager - FMCG / Fresh Produce

• Tertiary qualification with Commercial / Financial / Management subjects will be advantageous
• Experience within the Fresh produce sector
• Successful track record at Management level in an Operations / Distribution position essential
• This responsibility should include expense management and the budget process
• Thorough working knowledge of disciplinary / grievance handling procedures, as well as good interpersonal skills at management and staff level
• Excel
• Accountable for:
• Receiving
• Stock control
• Order picking and order checking
• Vehicle loading and despatch
• Crate control (issues and returns)
• Production
• Salary:  Market related with benefits
