Assistant Mngr: Service & Maintenance Plan Admin

SUMMARY:
A vacancy exists within a leading product's Division, and is based in Johannesburg, Sandton.
This position reports to the Manager: Customer & Dealer Technical Support and will focus on the Service / Maintenance plan schedules

POSITION INFO:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
➢ Monitoring of Parts Pricing
➢ Monitoring the synchronization of all Service/Maintenance Plans and Warranty Calculators
➢ Creating Service & Maintenance schedules
➢ Maintaining the information on the service/maintenance costing schedules
➢ Effective monitoring and reporting of cost

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
➢ Qualified Diesel Mechanic
➢ NQF Level 5 (240 credits - level 8 framework)
➢ 5 Years Technician working experience
➢ Code 08 Driver’s license
➢ Computer Literacy (MS Office - Advanced)
➢ Electronic Parts Catalogue 
➢ Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
