This position holds a history of paying dividends to your hands-on supervisory / guiding expertise… Although our properties are well-known and sought-after; we cater for high-end clientele; Some of our Sales Agents bill average of triple digits monthly, then there are those that needs compassionate guidance to reach that stage in their selling career. Ideally, this position is well suited for the more mature who holds empathy to people, and – no doubt – that mature person who is able to motivate and inspire …!

Minimum Qualifications:

Matric,
Tertiary education, &
Real Estate accreditation

Must have:

5+ yrs exp in supervising / managing a selling team +

KPA:

training,
providing professional development for the teams and
setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance
They also generate reports tracking how well each Agent achieves their quarterly targets.
