Assistant Manager :Property Sales Agents / Timeshare  

R35k fixed salary

Our portfolio is developing rapidly, thus our Team of Sales Agents need to be managed …,. Are you an experienced Supervisor for property sales staff….? This position holds a history of paying dividends to your hands-on supervisory / guiding expertise… Although our properties are well-known and sought-after; we cater for high-end clientele; Some of our Sales Agents bill average of triple digits monthly, then there are those that needs compassionate guidance to reach that stage in their selling career. Key Tasks

1. Sales Team Coordination and supervision
2. Sales Administration Management
3. Key Accounts management
4. Implementing and designing Marketing and Sales Plans
5. Project Management and Product Management

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Have obtained or is willing to obtain a Real estate L4 (Full Qualification 59097)

Experience:

Personal attributes

• 5 years + Sales industry experience
• Must have proven track record for supervision or coordination of sales team
• Strong sales skills (able to Transfer / mentor and learn new sales agents)
• Analytical and Admin Orientated
• Be able to co-ordinate teams
• Presentable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
• Able to manage projects independently
• Good planning, organisational (specifically compliance to sales/contract policies) skills

Other requirements

• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Must be willing and able to travel
• Must be based in Johannesburg
• Must have own transport and valid driver’s license

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric
• Tertiary education
• Real Estate accreditation

Must have:

• 5+ yrs exp in supervising / managing a sales team
