SUMMARY:
Port Shepstone. Growing legal practice seeks hardworking, dedicated, and efficient Assistant Litigation Attorney who is an admitted Attorney with at least 2 years post-articles experience in civil and criminal matters.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Appearing at district and regional court
• Making appearances and representing clients at court
• Representing clients at CCMA and attending CCMA and collection matters
• Attending to office work

Requirements:

• Must have High Court civil litigation experience
• Must be familiar with the processes of collections such as summons, appearances to defend, and pleadings
• Excellent vocabulary and writing ability
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and preferably own vehicle
