Assistant Kitchen Manager position available for established Restaurant in Fourways. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant experience. Main focus will be staff management, quality control and general kitchen management duties. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Suitable candidate must be able to manage the kitchen when the Kitchen Manager is not there. Looking for someone that can coordiate customer orders and who can work the pass efficiently. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Must be hard working and able to work in a busy kitchen. Formal qualification beneficial.
