Assistant Guesthouse Manager (Live-in Position)
R 9000.00 to R 12 000.00 CTC per month
Pretoria East
Shift Work Required

POSITION INFO:
a Luxurious 5-star Gem situated in the East of Pretoria is looking for a passionate Assistant Guesthouse Manager to add value to guests enjoying the 5-star experience

Minimum requirements: 

• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Must have experience on Semper and Pilot
• Experience on Booking.com, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Nightsbridge, LekkerSlaap
• Certificate / Diploma / Degree within Hospitality required
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role and environment
• The candidate will be expected to live-in.

 Duties:

• Stock orders
• Computer literate (Emails, Booking system and Office)
• Check-in guests
• Admin skills
• Payments
• Answer phones
• Make bookings on Semper
• Arrange staff shifts
• Handel Housekeeping procedures
• Food & Beverage Management experience beneficial
