SUMMARY:
Staff Connection is recruiting for an Assistant FOM for a beautiful hotel in the northern suburbs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • SA Citizen
  • Qualification in hospitality
  • Responsible for room rate audits 
  • Coordinating general reception duties  of reception staff
  • Supervising and leading reception shifts
  • Control and monitor all non guest, AR and direct bill accounts
  • Following up on payments from guests
  • Ensure the comfort of all guests
  • Resolution of guest problems 
  • Monitoring in house account balances, payments and deposits
  • Overseeing and supervising reception banking
  • Weekly float audits
Candidates must be able to:
  • Work shifts
  • Present contactable references
  • Minimum 4yrs experience in an assistant FOM role within a 4-5* environment
