We are looking for a F&B Operations Manager who has exceptional guest interaction skills, staff training and management skills Wine and spirit knowledge and F&B or restaurant management experience to assist in running a dynamic and unique F&B team at BK. The chosen delegate will be responsible for the entire F&B department in the absence of the F&B manager in ensuring that all unique dining experiences for guests are set up including Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea, Picnics, Dinner and private dining experiences. This person will also be responsible to assist with the F&B month end as well as daily micros and cash-up duties.
Salary: Market Related Salary
Benefits: 50% Discovery Medical Aid Contribution. 50% Provident Fund contribution, Wifi, Laundry service twice weekly.
Accommodation: Self-catering free onsite shared accommodation. Should a single use room be available a single use room would consists of a single bed, cupboard, bandstand and small kitchen cupboard and washbasin. (Employee will need to bring own: Bed and bath linen, crockery, cutlery, fridge, microwave, TV etc.)
Work Cycle: 24 Days on 8 Days Off
