Join our client, a financial services group as an Assistant Financial Manager and play a key role in driving financial excellence! You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on financial transactions across the group, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Short term cash flow planning, including the review, managing the execution & approval of all bank transactions
Long term cash flow planning, including treasury management & liaison with major banks with regards to funding lines
Compilation & review of monthly internal reports
Review of annual financial statements & audit process management
Financial control, review & management of outsourced accounting function, mainly ensuring accuracy of the work performed
Review & control over outsourced group secretarial functions, including all documentation & processes relating thereto
SARB exchange control reporting, applications & liason with authorised dealers
Consulting with external advisors on tax, legal, exchange control & accounting matters
Maintenance of appropriate insurance of major assets

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Advanced excel skills

Qualification:
2 years post article experience – SAIPA OR
CIMA
