A beautiful resort in the Drakensberg mountain range is looking for an Assistant F&B Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • SA Citizen
  • Hospitality diploma
  • Minimum 5yrs experience as an Assistant F&B Manager within a 4*-5* environment
  • Experienced in managing a team
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Menu implementation from design to costing
  • Solid knowledge of beverages, able to pair wines, seasonal alcoholic drinks etc
  • Stock management, stock control , costings etc
  • Management and control of OE / Capex
  • Running banqueting and events
  • Supplier relations
  • Legislative compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA
  • Computer literate on Opera and Micros
