Assistant Distbribution Centre Manager - Retail

SUMMARY:
Challenging opportunity exists as 2IC to the DC Manager of this innovative and growing National Retailer Distribution Centre. A hands on, systems orientated decision maker with warehousing experience and a Supply Chain Degree is the ideal fit.

POSITION INFO:
Working closely with the DC Manager, you will assist in managing and maximising the efficiencies of the DC, which includes managing staff and making decisons in the DC Manager''s absence.  Will suit an analytical person with excellent communication and problem solving skills, who is confident in warehousing and supply chain best practice.

• Supply Chain or Logistics Degree
• 5 years warehouse / DC experience
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Hands on and operational approach
• Strong computer and Excel skils
• Excellent communication skills
