POSITION INFO:

Assistant Consultant – Retirement
Key responsibilities
ï‚· Assist Client Executive with preparation of agenda packs
ï‚· Draft minutes of meetings
ï‚· Action matters arising
ï‚· Induction presentations
ï‚· Assist Client Executive with renewals and market reviews
ï‚· Building relationships with HR contacts
ï‚· Resolving client queries
ï‚· Completion of compliance reporting
Knowledge, skills and abilities
ï‚· Must preferably be FAIS compliant – minimum 120 credits and have passed RE 1
Examination
ï‚· Minimum 2 years’ client service experience with a focus on retirement and risk consulting
ï‚· Must have ability to work as part of a team
ï‚· Must have the ability to work accurately with attention to detail
ï‚· Must be a good communicator
ï‚· Must have self-organisational skills
ï‚· Self-disciplined and deadline focused
ï‚· Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills (peer review)
ï‚· Be fluent in English (other language will be advantageous)
ï‚· Enthusiastic, energetic, yet professional
ï‚· Must have MS Office knowledge proficiency
