Assistant Centre Manager

SUMMARY:
Experience in a Shopping Centre / Facilities supervisory role secures this position as Assistant Centre Manager. Valid drivers licence and own transport essential.

POSITION INFO:

Preference will be given to candidates staying in and around Newlands West / KwaMashu / Ntuzuma.

Oversee the smooth running of the centre including supervising and instructing staff and service providers including security, cleaning and maintenance contractors. Liaise with tenants, prospective tenants, and relevant stakeholders on matters affecting the operational aspects of the centre.

Participate with marketing and media agencies in developing marketing and promotional initiatives.

Provide input and assist with the planning and implementation of preventative and building life-cycle maintenance.
